After a short fielding practice a game was played between two teams, C. and D. C. by scoring five runs in the ninth inning, won by the score of 9 to 6.
Beginning tomorrow the squad will be reduced to four teams, A, B, C, and D, who will play a series of three out of five games, A vs. B on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and C ys. D on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The practice will end after a final series of two out of three games between the winning teams of each squad has been played. A cup will be presented to each member of the winning team.
