The Rt. Hon. James Bryce, M. P., will deliver the third of the Godkin lectures on "The Study of Popular Governments," this evening at 8 o'clock in Sanders Theatre. Mr. Bryce will discuss, besides other topics, how citizens of the United States may profitably study other forms of popular government.
Seating arrangements will be the same as at the previous lectures.
