Meeting to Form Democratic Club.

A mass meeting to form a Harvard Parker Democratic Club will be held in Lower Massachusetts at 7 o'clock this evening. All men in the University, whether Democrats or Republicans, who favor the election of Judge Parker as President, are urged to attend. Officers will be elected and plans for the coming campaign will be discussed.
