Lacrosse Practice Began Yesterday.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

About twenty men reported for the first fall lacrosse practice on Holmes Field yesterday afternoon. The practice consisted of stick work and other rudimentary points of the game. J. A. Sayler 3L., Captain Phillips, P. H. Adams '05 and S. Smith 3L., coached the men.

Men who have played in former years and also new men are urged to come out for this fall work in order that they may not be handicapped when the spring practice begins. Practice will be held every afternoon at 4 o'clock. It will continue to be elementary for several days, after which short daily line-ups will be held and about November 1 a team will be picked to play a team of graduates.
