The executive and advisory committees of the Intercollegiate Amateur Athletic Association of America met in Philadelphia on Saturday, and inspected Franklin Field as a possible place for holding the intercollegiate track meet next spring. One great objection to the choice of the field exists in the fact that at present there is no 220 yards straight-away.
The committees will meet in Cambridge on January 16 to inspect the Stadium on Soldiers Field.
