Mr. F. W. Atkinson '90, will deliver a lecture on "Education in the Philippines," tomorrow evening, at 8 o'clock, in Phillips Brooks House. After graduating from Harvard, Mr. Atkinson studied abroad for several years and during this time visited schools throughout Germany, France and Austria. For a time he was superintendent of public instruction for the Philippine Islands, and he has been a frequent contributor to educational journals.
