At the meeting of the Board of Overseers yesterday, it was voted to concur with the President and Fellows in appointing William Bennet Munro, A. M. '99, Ph.D., instructor in government, from September 1, 1904. William R. Warren was appointed a member of the committee to visit the course of instruction in philosophy. The report of the committee on zoology and the annual report of the President and Treasurer of the University were presented.
