The University of Maine defeated the Second nine at Orono yesterday by the score of 6 to 3. The loss of the game was due to poor fielding and the inability of the Second nine to hit safely, Harvard making six hits and six errors to Maine's nine hits and four errors. Frost pitched well for Maine, holding his opponents down to few scattered hits.
