Second Nine vs. St. Mark's

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Second nine will play St. Mark's School at Southboro this afternoon at 3 o'clock. The chances today decidedly favor the Second nine as the St. Mark's team are weak in both batting and fielding and were defeated by the Freshmen last Saturday by the score of 15 to 2. Moreover, the practice of the Second nine during the past few days has shown an encouraging improvement in batting.

The batting orders: SECOND NINE.  ST. MARK'S Carpenter, c.f.  3b., Spalding Marshall, 2b.  l.f., McCall Greenough, r.f.  s.s., Rumsey Fischel, 1b.  p., Pinckard Parker, c.  2b., Lippitt Bolton, 3b.  c., Tweed Winsor, l.f.  1b., Baldy Murphy, s.s.  r.f., Wetherill Tuckerman, Hutchinson, p.  c.f., Landon
