First Game of State Series.

The first game of the State Club baseball series will be played on the west diamond of Soldiers Field at 4 o'clock today between the California and Iowa Clubs. A complete set of rules is being arranged for the series and attention is called to the following regulations which must be observed today: Entrance fees for the two clubs must be paid to A. D. Wilt, Jr., Manager of the series, Hollis 24, at 3 o'clock today and at this time the captains of the two teams may obtain balls, masks, and protectors; no player is eligible to the series who is not enrolled as a regular member of the State Club which he represents.
