A graduation fee of twenty dollars is charged to all students taking the degree of Ph.D., S.D., A.M., or S.M.; to all students taking the degree of A.B. who have incurred fewer than four years' full tuition fees as members of the College; and to all students taking the degree of S.B. who have incurred fewer than four years' full tuition fees as members of the Scientific School. In the application of this rule, no student will be considered a member of more than one department at the same time.
