NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman baseball nine will play Phillips Exeter Academy this afternoon at Exeter, N. H. During the last two days the Freshman team has made a decided improvement in batting and fielding, and has shown better judgment than heretofore. Although Exeter has fair material, the team is weak in batting and inaccurate in fielding. Over two weeks ago, the University team defeated Exeter by the score of 11 to 0 in a poorly played six-inning game, in which Exeter made ten errors and only three hits.

The batting orders follow: FRESHMEN.  EXETER. Bradbury, s.s.  s.s., Cenedella Grant, 3b.  l.f., Flock Leonard, 2b.  c., Cooney Newhall, l.f.  c.f., Heim Nichols, 1b.  2b., Libby Spencer, c.f.  r.f., Kent Quigley, c.  1b., Evans Castle, p.  3b., McCook Taylor, r.f.  p., Cook
