Candidates for the Ricardo Prize Scholarship for 1903-1904 must hand in their names, with a list of their previous studies, to Professor T. N. Carver not later than 6 p. m. on Friday, May 15. The written examination will be held on Saturday, May 23, in University 23 at 10 o'clock.
The examination requires no special preparation. Each candidate will write on a topic in economics or political science, chosen by himself from a list not previously announced. The award will be made not later than June 15 and will be based on the ability and promise of the candidates, without regard to their pecuniary means.
