At the preliminary trial held last night to select a Freshman team to debate against Exeter on May 8, the following six men were retained: R. L. Hale, M. Kabatchnick, F. Q. Morton, J. W. Russell, W. M. Shohl, and H. M. Wheeler. The question for the trial was the one submitted by Exeter for the debate: "Resolved, That the disfranchisement clauses of the new Alabama constitution are inexpedient."

In the final trials which will be held next Thursday at 7.30 o'clock, in Harvard 6, a first and second team of three men each will be chosen.
