Mr. Charles Sanders Peirce '59 will deliver the fifth of his series of six public lectures on "Pragmatism as a Principle and Method of Right Thinking," under the auspices of the department of Philosophy, in Sever 11 this evening at 8 o'clock. He will discuss the nominative sciences which are generally considered to be logic, ethics, and aesthetics. From an explanation of the relation of these three, Mr. Pierce will proceed to a discussion of "truth" and that which we imply by the "meaning" of anything.
