A meeting primarily intended for men who voted for the first time last year, or who will attain the right to vote this year, will be held in Faneuil Hall on Sunday afternoon at 3.30 o'clock.
Mayor Collins will preside and brief addresses will be made by Lieutenant-Governor Guild, Congressman McCall and several other well known men. There will be music by an orchestra and a male chorus.
A limited number of tickets have been placed in the office of the Union and may be obtained on application today and tomorrow.
