The Harvard Teachers' Association will hold its twelfth annual meeting in Sever 11 this morning at 10 o'clock. The topic for discussion will be "The Time Limit of Secondary Education." The principal speakers will be Mr. Thomas M. Balliet, Superintendent of Schools, Springfield, and Mr. George I. Aldrich, Superintendent of Schools, Brookline. Following the addresses will be a general discussion, led by Mr. William C. Collar h'70, Headmaster of the Roxbury Latin School, and Mr. Charles J. Lincoln '65, Headmaster of the Dorchester High School. This meeting is open to the public,--teachers and school officers being especially invited to attend.

The annual dinner of the Association will take place in the Assembly Room of the Union at 1.15 o'clock. "Expenditures for Education" will be the after-dinner topic. Mr. Edwin P. Seaver '64, Superintendent of Schools, Boston, will speak on "Expenditures for the Public Schools;" and Rev. Paul Revere Frothingham '86, of the Arlington Street Church, Boston, and Mr. Robert A. Woods, Head of the South End House, Boston, will speak on "Expenditures in Educational Philanthropy."
