The Harvard Teachers' Association will hold its twelfth annual meeting in Sever 11 tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock. The topic for discussion will be "The Time Limit of Secondary Education" and the principal speakers will be Mr. Thomas M. Balliet, Superintendent of Schools, Springfield, and Mr. George I. Aldrich, Superintendent of Schools, Brookline. This meeting is open to the public, -- teachers and school officers being especially invited to attend. The annual dinner of the Association will take place in the Assembly Room of the Union at 1.15 "Expenditures of Education" will be the after-dinner topic.
