Infirmary Statistics.

Since opening last fall, the Stillman Infirmary has accommodated 134 patients. Of these, 42 were received during January, and 50 during February, against 42 for the entire period before Christmas. Most of the cases have been grippe, or similar complaints, as bronchitis and tonsilitis; but there have been three cases each of typhoid fever and of pneumonia. Of the 13 surgical cases, five have been operations for appendicitis. The majority of cases have been of short duration; at no time has the number accommodated exceeded 18. During the past month, the average number of patients at one time was 12--a figure considerably higher than the average for previous months.
