Mr. John Graham Brooks, of Cambridge, will speak on "The Significance of the Award of the Coal Strike Commission," at a conference of the Social Service Committee in the parlor of Phillips Brooks House tomorrow evening at 7.30 o'clock. The conference will be open to the University.
