Outdoor Cricket Work.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The first outdoor cricket practice was held yesterday afternoon on Holmes Field. The softness of the turf necessitated placing mats on the ground and the work consisted mainly in batting practice.

The first game will probably be played on Saturday, April 18 with the Lowell cricket team. The usual intercollegiate games with Haverford and Pennsylvania will probably be played, and the minor games will include Lynn, Brockton and Pawtucket. The squad is doing creditable work and the prospects for a strong team this year are good.
