Mr. E. W. Libaire, the honorary manager of the chess clubs of Harvard, Yale, Princeton, and Columbia has received from the Oxford Chess Club an acceptance of the challenge for the third annual cable chess match to be played between the four American Universities mentioned and the English Universities of Oxford and Cambridge, on April 19 and 20.
