NEW HAVEN, March 13, 1903.--The detailed two-year athletic agreement between Harvard and Yale was ratified here today by a special mass-meeting of Yale University.

At the last meeting of the Harvard Athletic Committee the sub-committee was given full powers to conclude the agreement under its present form and as no changes have been made, the agreement is therefore now binding. As a matter of form the entire committee will again signify its approval at its next meeting.
