University and Class Hockey.

The University hockey team had a long and hard practice game against a scrub team yesterday afternoon. For the larger part of the game the defense was interchanged and but few goals were made by either side. The teamwork was better than usual and the men showed much energy and spirit. The main fault was the carlessness that has characterized the play of the forwards for the last few days.

Provisional arrangements have been made for the first of the interclass hockey games this afternoon at 3.30 on the Holmes Field rink between the 1906 and 1905 teams. Neither of the teams has had any practice lately. The line up is uncertain.
