Mr. Jays on Mission Work.

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Mr. Thomas Jays of St. Thomas's Hospital, London, delivered a short address before the St. Paul's Society in Phillips Brooks House, last night on his work among the natives of West Africa. The tribe among which he has been working is composed of fifteen million savages who have made practically no advance in civilization. Only six missionaries are now trying to teach the tribe and there is a great opportunity for further mission work among them.

Mr. Jays will be at Phillips Brooks House from 9 to 2.45 o'clock and from 4.30 to 9 o'clock to meet any men wishing to speak with him.
