There was no hockey practice for the University squad yesterday afternoon, owing to the melting of the ice. No dates have been arranged for practice games as yet.
The squad has been practising since December 30, but the men are still slow on their skates and lack team work. The candidates for the class teams will be called out shortly, and will practice on the rink with the University team.
