The committee appointed by J. M. Montgomery, President of the Freshman Class, to consider the advisability of having a class constitution, has concluded that it would be totally unnecessary and would serve but to complicate matters to a needless degree. The committee consisted of J. M. Montgomery, chairman ex officio, J. D. Nichols, R. F. Guild, F. R. Pleasonton, A. E. Wood, D. A. Newhall, and R. Derby '03, Honorary.
