Man Who Managed Clients for High-End Cambridge Brothel Network Pleads Guilty
The formal incorporation of the Co-operative Society was effected during the past week and the Society is now doing business as a corporation. The charter was issued by the state under the date of January 28. Capitalization at $45,000 was effected January 31, by the transfer of all the assets of the old association to the corporation. The purpose of the corporation, as stated in the charter, is to deal in general merchandise and to carry on the business of a department store. The Associates, to whom the charter was issued, are the eleven directors and five shareholders of the Society.
