University Debating Club Tonight.

The old University debating club will meet this afternoon at 4.30 o'clock in Room 7 of the Union, to consider important changes in constitution, regulations for University debating, plans for the Princeton debate and regulations for carrying on the interclass debates. The committee is also considering the publication of a booklet giving the history of Harvard debating, and describing its present system.
