The eight men in the semi-final round of the University chess tournament will play a round-robin match, the results of which will be made a basis of choice in picking the four men who will represent the University in the intercollegiate chess tournament to be held in New York on December 28, 29, and 30.

The following men are in the semi-final round: P. W. Bridgman '04, P. S. Estes '04, L. P. Carr '04, S. W. Howland '05, Q. A. Brackett '06, G. T. McClure '06, W. C. Cogswell, Jr., '07, and the winner of the play-off between the following men, who are tied in the tournament: G. Gordon '04, C. Ehlerman '05, and C. W. Lewis '05.
