West Point and Annapolis Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The annual football game between West Point and Annapolis will be played this afternoon on Franklin Field, Philadelphia. West Point has made the better record this fall, having scored 122 points to opponent's 28, whereas Annapolis has only scored 67 points as against 78 for opponents. West Point has played this year several of the large university teams, including those of Harvard and Yale; on the other hand Annapolis has had a comparatively easy schedule. Annapolis, however, always plays stubbornly against West Point, and an interesting game should result today. All the spectators of the game will be guests of the University of Pennsylvania.

The line-up will be: WEST POINT.  ANNAPOLIS. Hammond, l.e.  r.e., Soule, captain Doe, l.t.  r.t., Piersol Riley, l.g.  r.g., Oak Tipton, c.  c., Rees Thompson, r.g.  l.g., Chambers Graves, r.t.  l.t., Doherty Rockwell, r.e.  l.e., Howard Hackett, q.b.  q.b., Strassberger Prince, l.h.b.  r.h.b., Decker Farnsworth, captain, r.h.b.  l.h.b., Root Davis, f.b.  f.b., Halsey
