Votes of Memorial Directors

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The vote which was taken at Memorial Hall last week to extend the a la carte system to desserts is now under consideration by the directors and will be finally decided upon at a meeting to be held early next week. As it will necessitate a change, both in the system of book-keeping and checking, it is doubtful whether the plan could be put into operation for two or three weeks even if the directors should so decide. It has been decided to allow the customary Christmas presents to be given the waiters this year and not to regard them as tips.
