H. C. de Rham '04 was last night elected captain of Weld Boat Club in place of H. G. Dillingham '04, captain of the University crew. On account of the rain, only about twenty-five men reported yesterday at each boathouse. Two crews went out from the Newell, and one from the Weld; the orders at both clubs are temporary and will be changed as more men report. Freshman rowing will begin Thursday.
