All men who are eligible to vote in the election in New York this fall, will be allowed to sign off today in order that they may register in New York tomorrow, which is the last day for registration. The same permission is given to sign off on Monday, November 2, in order to vote on Tuesday, November 3, election day. This permission does not excuse men from lectures today, or Monday, November 2.
