Leading educators of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, including representatives of the universities and colleges of those states will hold a conference this morning at 10 o'clock in the Faculty Room of University Hall, with Dr. George R. Parkin of Toronto, who is now in the United States as the representative of the Rhodes Scholarship Trust. Methods to be followed in allotting the Oxford Scholarships provided for American students by the Cecil Rhodes bequest, will be discussed. President Eliot will preside.
