H. R. Snyder '05 defeated R. B. Gring '05 yesterday, in a match to decide the tie for the silver cup offered to the winner of the basket-throwing contest, by a score of 5 to 4 out of a possible 10 baskets. In the second round of the contest, which was held on Tuesday evening, Snyder and Gring tied for first place, each having a maximum score of 5. The match yesterday was for the purpose of deciding this tie.
