The second round in the basket-throwing contest last night resulted in a tie between R. B. Gring '05 and H. R. Snyder '05, each having a maximum score of 5 in the two trials. The scores made were even poorer than in the preliminary round. The tie for the trophy will be decided tonight just previous to the practice of the University squad.
Following are the scores made in last night's trials: H. R. Snyder, 3; F. H. Schoenfuss, 4; C. Jones, 3; C. E. Ware, 1; R. B. Gring, 5; C. D. Proctor, 1; I. F. Story, 2; C. Fosdick, 0; R. W. Bourne, 4; E. H. B. Humphries, 3; H. B. Bigelow, 3; M. I. Strauss, 1; C. Stoddard, 1.
