By good passing and team work the Freshmen were able to keep the ball in their opponents territory the greater part of the time, but were very inaccurate in goal-throwing, missing many free throws.
The line-up was as follows: Score--Freshmen. 29; Volkmann School. 6. Goals--Grant 9. Ware 2. Wright 2. Chase, Wadsworth, Andrews. Goals from fouls--Wadsworth 2. Grant.
