Mr. P. M. Blake will deliver a lecture on "The Charles River Dam and Some of its Problems," under the auspices of the Engineering Society in the Lecture Room of Pierce Hall at 8 o'clock this evening. Mr. Blake is a civil engineer, and has designed one of the plans which have been under consideration by the Dam Commission appointed by Governor Crane to present a report to the Legislature on the advisability of such a structure.
