Christian Association Conference.

The second annual autumn conference of the Christian Association was held last week in Brooks House. Dean Briggs informally welcomed the conference on Sept. 17, and G. E. Huggins 2G. spoke on the problems and plans for the coming year. The following three days were given up to addresses and discussions.

Eighty-five men attended the conference, including representatives from several preparatory schools, as well as from Yale, Princeton, Pennsylvania, Williams, Rutgers, Toronto, Vanderbilt, Northwestern, Hamilton, Dakota, and Ontario universities. Every department of the University was represented. The conference closed on Sunday with an address in the morning by Mr. John R. Mott, and one in the afternoon by Professor Chen of Pekin University.
