NEW LONDON, June 10.--The crew arrived at Red Top at 6.30 tonight in good condition. The four-oar went out in the same order as yesterday, and rowed a fast half mile. The eight went out later and paddled down stream to the navy yard. The water was rough and the boat was unsteady. Coach Higginson spent most of the time on the blade work.
