It has been announced that if Congress adjourns in time, President Roosevelt '80 will probably attend the Commencement exercises on June 25. In case he does, the Yard by vote of the Corporation will be enclosed by a fence, both morning and afternoon. Only members, graduates, and guests of the University will be admitted, and they will all need tickets of admission.
