The Sophomores won the interclass baseball championship by defeating the Juniors yesterday afternoon in an interesting game by the score of 5 to 4. At the end of the fourth inning the score was 3 to 3, but in the fifth inning the Sophomores secured a lead of two runs. The Juniors secured a run in the eighth inning when Murphy's wild throw to first allowed Jackson a home run. Marean, who sprained his ankle in the game with the Seniors played well for the Juniors in spite of his injury. Alexander pitched a good game, allowing only three scattered hits and two bases on balls.
