MEMORIAL EXERCISES.

To be Held at 12 in Sanders.--Undergraduates Assemble in the Yard.

The annual Memorial Day exercises under the auspices of the Memorial Society will be held at 12 o'clock today in Sanders Theatre.

Officers of the University as invited guests will meet in the Faculty Room, University Hall at 11.30 o'clock. The students will assemble by classes in front of University Hall at 11.30, all Seniors wearing caps and gowns. The classes will be led by the following marshals: E. Lewis '02, C. S. Sargent '02, J. D. Clark '03, E. Bowditch '03, J. A. Burgess '04, R. Sanger '04, R. W. Leatherbee '05 and R. A. Derby '05. The Charles Beck Post of the Grand Army, under Commander I. S. Sheridan, will lead the procession.

At Memorial Hall, R. Derby '03 will act as presiding officer. The Rev. Paul Revere Frothingham '86 will open the service with prayer, after which the Glee Club will sing "Fair Harvard." The address will then be delivered by M. Donald '99. After the address the Glee Club will sing "America." The exercises will then close with a benediction by Rev. Mr. Frothingham.

All seats not reserved specially will be held for members of the University until 11.50 o'clock, when the public will be admitted.
