The American Society of Mechanical Engineers will hold two sessions of its forty-fifth meeting on Friday, May 30, in Cambridge. There will be a morning session at 10.30 o'clock in Pierce Hall. Professional papers will be read, and at 1 o'clock the society will be entertained at luncheon in the Union. In the afternoon the members of the society will probably visit the University.

The ladies of the convention have been invited to attend the memorial exercises in Sanders Theatre.
