Professor Davis will conduct a summer geological trip, starting the latter part of June, to the desert plateaus of northwestern Arizona. E. Huntington 1G. and J. W. Goldthwait '02 will accompany him, and probably several other members of the University.
After the party reaches Arizona, it is expected that a special excursion will be made to the western part of the Colorado Canyon, but the greater part of the time will be given to the study of faulted structures along the boundary between the plateau province of Arizona and the region of the desert ranges to the west. The party will return in September.
