Freshman Crew Squad.

The Freshman crew squad will start work this afternoon. Yesterday Coach Bancroft outlined the method to be used in coaching the men. Two crews will be formed and the work will be conducted in much the same way as that of the University squad. Particular attention will be given at first to training the oars close to the water at the full reach and to getting a quick turnover.
