The board of directors of the Co-operative Society are preparing a plan for reorganization and incorporation. The details, which are not yet ready for publication, will be announced later. The vote on the adoption of this plan will be taken by the Australian ballot in Dane Hall, Cambridge, and at the Boston store, on May 29, between the hours of 11 a. m. and 4 p. m.

At the last meeting of the directors, Professor Gardiner was elected secretary to take the place of Mr. H. R. Meyer.
