Interscholastic Tennis Today.

The twelfth annual interscholastic tennis tournament will start this morning at 9 o'clock on Jarvis Field. During the tournament preference in courts will be given to contestants. The preliminary rounds will be finished by tonight and the semi-finals and finals will be played on Monday. Thirty-four men, representing six schools, have entered for the tournament, which will probably be won by Whitman of Volkmann's, or by Leonard or Plympton of Newton High School. The school championship last year was won by Newton High School, and I. Wright of Hopkinson won the individual. J. S. Seabury '04 will have charge of the tournament.
