International College Chess Arrangements.

A letter has been received by C. T. Rice, president of the Chess Club, from the secretary of the Cambridge University Chess Club, England, accepting the dates proposed for holding the international college chess match, April 25 and 26. The time limit has been agreed upon as 20 moves an hour. The American college team will play in the gymnasium of the Boston Athletic Association, and through the kindness of Mr. J. F. Cook, the B. A. A. will pay most of the expenses of the match. The cables used will be the Commercial and Postal cables combined.
